このクラスはErika先生のクラスまたはアイアンガーヨガ経験者が対象となります。 ヨガマットの他にヨガベルト、ブロック、ブランケット（ショルダースタンドの練習に適した物）をご用意ください。クラスによってはヨガチェア、壁を使用することもあります。プロップスをお持ちでない場合は他のもので代用ください。 Erika's classes are intended for students with Iyengar yoga experience. Various props are used. To attend her classes, you should be familiar with the Iyengar Yoga approach and in addition to a yoga mat, you should have a belt and block, and blankets suitable for practicing shoulder stand. Please note that in some classes a yoga chair and a wall may be used for some postures. If you do not have such props available, you may have to improvise.
