DESCRIPTION:
Improve your natural running form, learn effective training methods, drills, and more. Multiple world champion and coach to amateurs and elite runners alike, Mike Trees’ inclusive teaching method is suited to all levels of runners.
Following on his sessions in January, Mike's new class focuses on natural and efficient running action. He will teach drills to develop muscle memory and correct patterns that can cause injury. The aim: Develop the form that will enable you to run faster and more efficiently. The session will include Q&A and conclude with instruction on stretching and restoration. Number of spots are limited.
Bilingual class.
Notes:

This class is for all levels of runners. The only prerequisite is the desire to improve.

Class will take place rain or shine. In the case of heavy rain, the practice will take place indoors.

Make sure to bring running shoes and gear for training outside.

Please bring a large towel for covering the props.

Please wear a mask inside the studio and when arriving and leaving.
