Class Details / クラス詳細​

オンラインクラスの予約方法

  • Zoomを使用しますので、事前にアプリのダウンロードをお願いいたします。パソコンの場合は： https://zoom.us/support/download。スマホやタブレットはアプリストアからダウンロード。Zoomの使用法についてはこちらを参照ください。

  • ご予約の際は、先に上の「ログイン」よりアカウント作成いただくと予約確認や変更ができますので、ぜひご登録ください。スタジオクラスの予約システムとは別のものとなりますので、お手数をおかけしますが、新たにアカウントの作成をお願いいたします。

  • 予約をするには、(1)受講するクラスの“ご予約”をクリック、(2)クラスの日時をクリックし、“次へ”と進み、(3)“ご予約フォーム”を記入し、お支払い手続きへお進みください。オンラインクラスの支払いはクレジットカードのみとなります。

  • お支払いが済みご予約が完了後、Zoomクラスへ参加するためのリンクをメールにてお知らせします。

オンラインクラスの受講方法

  • クラス開始5分前までにZoomにサインインし、待機室でお待ちください。5分前になりましたら、入室できます。クラスの途中からは参加いただけません。

  • サインインの際は出欠の確認のため、ご予約の時と同じお名前でお願いいたします。

  • ヨガマット、またお持ちのプロップス（ブロック、ベルト、ブランケット等）、または必要に応じてタオル、クッション、厚手の本などご用意いただけけると便利です。

  • 先生が生徒様の動きが見えるよう、カメラをセットしてください。

  • ご自身のペースで無理をしないように練習をしてください。体調や怪我など練習に影響がある場合は、事前に先生にお知らせください。

  • レッスン中はオーディオをミュートに設定をお願いいたします。

  • レッスンの録音、録画は禁止とさせていただきます。

予約＆キャンセルポリシー
クラスの種類によってキャンセルポリシーが異なりますので、必ずお読みください。

  • Hathaオンラインクラス：キャンセル・予約変更は、クラス開始の2時間前までできます。アカウントにログインして、My Bookingsより手続きください。クラス開始後のキャンセルはできません。なお、クラス前日21:00までに規定人数に達していない場合はクラスをキャンセルとさせていただくこともあります (この場合チケットは未使用となり、他のクラスにご使用ください。）受講料の返金はいたしかねますので、ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

  • スタジオクラスのライブ配信：クラス開始1時間前までご予約ができます。キャンセル・予約変更は、クラス開始の2時間前までとなります。アカウントにログインして、My Bookingsより手続きください。クラス開始後のキャンセルはできません。また、受講料の返金はいたしかねますので、ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

  • その他オンラインクラス：キャンセルポリシーはクラスによって異なりますので、詳細はクラスごとにご確認ください。

How to Make Online Class Reservations

  • First, note that Yoga Tree online classes are held over Zoom, which you can use by computer, smartphone or tablet. Regardless of the device, you will need to download the software, which can be accessed here:　https://zoom.us/support/download

  • To reserve for a class: (1) click on “Book” for the class you want to join; (2) select the time and date of the class and click “Next”; (3) fill in the payment form. For online classes, we only accept payment by credit card.

  • After we receive your reservation, you will receive a link by email to join the class.

Details on Participating in Online Classes

  • Please sign in 5 minutes before the class begins. You may not be able to join the class once it begins.

  • When you sign in on Zoom, use the same name that you used to make the reservation. 

  • Please position your camera at an angle that best allows the teacher to observe your practice.

  • After joining the class, make sure that your audio is set to mute. If you need to speak to the teacher, you may unmute.

  • If you have yoga props such as a yoga mat, belt, block, blankets and cushions, etc. please have them handy. The teacher will teach the class in a way that requires no props, but props may make the experience better.

  • Always practice at your pace and within your own limits of comfort. If you have an injury and other issues that could affect your practice, please inform the teacher ahead of time.

  • Recording of the classes is prohibited.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Please note that the cancellation policy differs according to the type of class.

  • Hatha Online Classes: Up to 2 hours before the start of class, you are free to cancel / reschedule the reservation. Simply log in to your account to and click "My Bookings." Cancellations not accepted within 2 hours of the start of class. No refunds on purchased tickets. Note: A class may be cancelled if by 9:00 p.m. on the day prior, the number of participants is fewer than 3. In this case your ticket can be used for another class. 

  • Studio Livestream Classes: You may make a reservation up to 1 hour before the start of class. You are free to cancel / reschedule the reservation up to 2 hours before the start of class. Simply log in to your account to and click "My Bookings." Cancellations not accepted within 2 hours of the start of class. No refunds on purchased tickets.

  • Other Online Classes: Cancellation policies will differ according to the class. Please refer to the details for each class.
